创建新终端时，Mac OS会运行.bash_profile但不运行.bash_rc。将那些PATH事物移动到.bash_profile并再次运行。
关于你的第二个问题，似乎你在PATH中添加了错误的东西。将以下内容添加到.bash_profile：
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.rvm/scripts # Add RVM to PATH for scripting
. rvm > /dev/null
