RewriteBase /tmp/ 
RewriteBase /tmp/app/ 
RewriteBase /tmp/app/webroot

并替换

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php [QSA,L]

通过

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?url=$1 [QSA,L]
