mssoapinit无法初始化WSDL

Question

MSSOAP客户端无法初始化Hello示例项目的soap12接口。

var soap = new ActiveXObject('MSSOAP.SOAPClient30');
soap.mssoapinit('http://<server>/ServiceStack.Hello/soap12');
var retval = soap.Hello('test');

返回以下错误：
