尝试加载Bugzilla时出现Perl错误

我对Perl的了解是nil，但我正在尝试安装Bugzilla，一切似乎都在继续查找，直到我去加载Bugzilla，我得到了这个错误，然后是试图加载的页面的html。

dmake could not be found on the PATH. Please invoke it using the full pathname:

C:\Perl64\site\bin\dmake.exe

or put the Perl\site\bin directory on the PATH with:

path C:\Perl64\site\bin;%PATH%

我尝试运行该命令并手动将路径名添加到Path Environment Varaible中，但我仍然收到错误。它可能很简单，因为我没有正确地将路径名放入Path。

令我尴尬的是，重新启动电脑就可以了。我怀疑路径环境变量没有生效，因此需要重启才能解决这个问题。
