构建时我遇到了同样的问题（JDK＆amp; JRE版本1.7.0_17）。我搜索maven存储库并手动编辑pom.xml文件中存储库的url。

因为even与maven喜欢崩溃，我建议使用命令mvn clean install从命令行运行maven。如果你必须在eclipse中使用maven，那么我会建议重新启动eclipse并重新运行maven。此外，使用Geonetwork开发人员手册进行构建（google it，我不能插入更多的2个链接;）。）
