有没有可用的开源地理解析器？

Question

有没有好的开源Geoparsers？有几种免费的解决方案（服务）可用（例如雅虎的placemaker，EDINA的Unlock Text），但它们似乎不是开源的。

理想情况下，解析器的目标应该是从任意文本中挖掘位置信息（而不是期望输入是位置，例如Google's Geo Coding API或GeoName's search API，但也欢迎这样的建议。

更新： 显然解锁文本基于“Edinburgh Geoparser”，它是开源的（GPL），但目前还没有公开可用（source）。
