如果现在，验证失败，对话框将不会隐藏。这是好的和期望的。它根据需要通过FacesMassages显示我创建的消息。如果我自己用“取消”-Button关闭对话框，对话框将按预期关闭。在cancel（） - 方法中，对象Employee将被设置为Employee（this.newEmployee = new Employee()）的新实例，如您所见。但是当我在验证失败后打开对话框时，对象“newEmployee”只包含旧值...为什么我的方法cancel（）不起作用？我不明白。

到目前为止，这种行为（不幸的是）根据当前的JSF规范是正确的，这可以通过以下方式解决：在调用操作阶段，您需要收集包含在ajax渲染中的UIInput组件，但不是在ajax执行中，然后在它们上调用resetValue()方法。这可以通过OmniFaces ResetInputAjaxActionListener的帮助以通用和可重复使用的方式完成。
