仅供参考，我使用此插件进行了测试，您正在使用相同版本，并且它可以立即完美运行。我没有在paypal中设置IPN URL。我将“测试模式”设置为“与Paypal一起生活”并填写PayPal电子邮件地址字段，并将其他所有内容设置为默认值。我付了钱，IPN和其他一切都很好。我正在使用版本为3.4.1的普通WP设置（不是多站点）。

今天我遇到了这个问题...即使我指定的retrying有效，PayPal IPN历史也会将通知显示为notify_url。
问题是PayPal将数据发送到该网址的https://（安全）版本;
如果您在浏览器中粘贴https://网址，您可能会发现您的主机未在https://上显示该网站，这也是Paypal所看到的，通常是404错误页面。
