带Android Phonegap的jQuery Mobile - 软键盘问题

我们正在开发一个带有phonegap和jquery mobile的android应用程序。我们有三个文本框，其中一个是密码，另外两个是原始文本。我们遇到了一些键盘问题，如下所示。

     1. While typing password in Samsung Galaxy S, its very hard to type the characters. But we are able to type smoothly, in other two text boxes.

     2. In some of the HTC devices(ex. HTC Sensation XE), while holding "a" key in order to display "!" character, it displays both "a" & "!".

解决这类软键盘问题的想法是什么？
