您的控制器可以简化很多。由于@patient.save将负责处理，因此无需单独保存地址。你不需要设置手动created_on属性，因为它会自动设置:)当@patient.save失败时，您可能想要render :action => 'new'而不是redirect_to :action => 'new'。这将重新显示带有任何验证错误的表单（redirect_to不会。）
