无法动态调度扩展方法。由于您使用的ViewBag dynamic和ToSeoUrl这是一种扩展方法，因此您获得RuntimeBinderException。

有两种方法可以解决这个问题：

使用强制转换：<h2>@(((string)item.Title).ToSeoUrl())</h2>调用ToString()是不够的，因为它也会动态调度。
使用扩展方法语法调用扩展方法作为常规静态方法：<h2>@(StringExtensions.ToSeoUrl(item.Title))</h2>
