在您的XAMPP中，您正在使用＆＃34; C：\ mailtodisk \ mailtodisk.exe＆＃34;而不是邮件服务器。它将所有邮件写入C：\ xampp \ mailoutput文件夹，而不是将它们发送到互联网。

即使SMTP服务器正在运行且PHP mail（）返回true，也无法在PHP中传递邮件
