C - 函数未执行。调用错误?

send_tcp()的函数定义似乎在forgepacket()的函数定义内(我不知道这甚至可能吗?),但没有调用它。复制forgepacket() send_tcp()的安排:

并将send_tcp()的定义移至forgepacket()之外,并在send_tcp()内添加对forgepacket()的调用。

默认情况下,C不允许嵌套函数。此外,即使它确实如此,我也没有在代码中看到send_tcp的调用(它可能在那里,但是快速扫描没有显示它。)
