我通过更改标记库中引用标记文件的方式对此进行了排序。

首先,我发现使用tomcat7而不是glassfish导致问题的文件,由于某种原因,它没有给出文件的名称。

然后在pac-taglib.xhtml中我改变了:

  

<source>/resources/tags/menu.xhtml</source>

  

<source>../tags/menu.xhtml</source>
