人为地设置速度与慢速链接的效果不同。限制客户端限制从缓冲区读取的数量,但实际上不会改变它在两端填充缓冲区之前发送的速率。
如果你尝试上传一个更大的文件,你应该在填充缓冲区后看到上传停止,然后以预期的速率继续运行。
