始终检查返回值。

您正试图在已经关闭的句柄上调用ResumeThread。如果您检查了返回值,您会注意到此功能没有成功,这会告诉您问题所在。

CloseHandle(piProcInfo.hThread)移除CreateChildProcess,拨打ResumeThread即可。

在创建子进程后,您可能还应关闭g_hChildStd_OUT_Wrg_hChildStd_IN_Rd,以便了解子进程何时退出。
