我正在使用FOSFacebookBundle和FOSUserBundle与Symfony2来管理我的用户。我在当地工作得很好。但是，当我将所有内容都推送到我的暂存环境时，我注意到用户在注册时没有持久化（使用doctrine实体管理器）。

我检查的第一件事是我是否可以使用实体管理器来保留其他内容，这很好。接下来，我继续检查日志，看到插入语句在那里：

当我用准备好的语句的值替换问号并手动发出查询时，一切正常。

我已经在doctrine lib中记录了PDO语句执行的一些返回值，结果发现我在开发环境中获得了正常的返回值（1）。但是，我在生产环境中获得无返回值。似乎是另一种暗示，但我不知道该怎么做。

顺便说一下PDOStatement::errorCode返回00000（表示一切顺利）
