import java.util.jar.Attributes;

应该是

import org.xml.sax.Attributes;

因为startElement的第四个参数的类型错误，所以您的方法不会覆盖startElement中的DefaultHandler，因此默认实现{{1}正在调用startElement而不是您的方法。

您可以使用DefaultHandler注释来指示方法应该覆盖超类中的方法。如果带有@Override注释的方法不会覆盖超类方法，则会出现编译器错误。实际上，如果将此注释放在@Override方法上，则会出现此类错误。
