当您尝试使用不同的权限集将程序集加载到现有AppDomain两次时，通常会发生此错误。 $ 1M的问题是它是什么装配，以及AppDomain是什么。

由于编组，哪些沙盒程序集（如果有）被加载到您的主应用程序域？
如果您有自己的服务器代码，是否指定了LoadOptimizationAttribute？
您的开发服务器和生产服务器是否使用不同的隔离级别？
生产服务器上是否存在共享某些程序集的其他应用程序？
