ToolTipManager是一个单身人士。要使用它,您需要调用一个返回此类实例的静态sharedInstance方法。

ToolTipManager管理所有工具提示 - 它是一个全局配置类,对sharedInstance所做的更改将应用​​于应用程序中的每个工具提示。
