 uninitialized constant Excel::Iconv

......你必须要求“iconv”：

require "iconv"
require "roo"

这是因为Roo gem在其内部Excel类中调用Iconv.new但是Roo忘记了自己需要“iconv”，所以你不得不这样做。这是一个错误。与没有Set.new

Iconv是Ruby 1.8和1.9标准库的一部分。您没有安装它。它已经存在了。
