嗨arpit我也在使用与你提到的播放视频文件相同的设备,  我在向视频播放器应用控件时遇到了同样的问题(抽象方法不可用)。

根据我对该主题的研发,我得出的结论是,定制的Android操作系统和这些设备的硬件彼此不兼容,因为与三星设备相比质量非常差, 虽然它们在Android操作系统中但是不受这些设备的支持,所以有很多方法。

所以我认为在这些设备中没有针对此类问题的解决方案。

在开发任何项目时,尝试使用标准设备进行聚焦。这可能会对你有所帮助。
