当我安装Cygwin时,我没有安装X11的东西。故事的道德,确保在安装Cygwin时检查“make”以及所有X11的东西(也可以检查所有的fortran事情(使用搜索))。无论如何,不要担心XRotor,而是下载CRotor。看看它的文档,你应该能够弄清楚如何制作。实际上,这里有一些您可能觉得有用的自述文件:
