似乎DECLARE CURSOR没有设置sqlca.sqlcode。 当你完成提取结束时,你得到的错误就是前一个错误。

所以你不应该在DECLARE CURSOR之后测试错误,而是仅在OPEN CURSOR之后测试错误。
