您需要多线程客户端和服务器。客户端需要一个线程来监听来自服务器的消息,并将它们写入他/她的屏幕,以及一个等待他/她的键盘输入并将其发送到服务器的线程。同样,对于服务器的每个连接,它都需要一个线程等待来自客户端的输入,一个线程将其他用户的输出发送到客户端。

在按Enter键之前看不到收到的消息的原因是因为客户端while循环。它现在已经注释掉了,但看起来你的循环习惯了:
- 从服务器读取传入消息
- 从键盘读取输入
- 将输入发送到服务器

所以你阅读了服务器上的所有内容,然后客户端再次从服务器读取之前等待更多的键盘输入(在下一次迭代中)。

根据我的理解,另一个建议是创建JAXBContext,这可能是一项昂贵的操作。每次发送消息时都不需要重新创建它。考虑在服务器和客户端初始化一个,然后为每个marshall / unmarshall重用它。

Not use BufferedReader() with PrintWriter ..... PrintWriter本身就是字节级套接字数据和字符形式之间的桥梁。
