看起来cURL无法验证证书是否可信。

您需要将CA和任何中间证书安装到cURL使用的证书库（平台和安装相关）。

您还可以尝试按照评论中建议的Serg ikS禁用证书验证。我不确定它如何与AmazonSES SDK一起工作，但他们建议的方式听起来像是合适的解决方案。使用通用curl_*函数curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);可以消除错误。

请注意，禁用证书验证很危险，因为这意味着您很容易受到中间人攻击。
