为了将来的参考，请注意我做了什么来解决这个问题。最后我认为这是在Gemfile中略微错误引用cucumber-rails的一个奇怪症状。

我也有错误说：

WARNING: Cucumber-rails required outside of env.rb. 
The rest of loading is being defered until env.rb is called. 
To avoid this warning, move 'gem cucumber-rails' under only
group :test in your Gemfile

按照https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber/issues/249中的说明，我通过向我的Gemfile添加require：false来修复此问题，如下所示：
