无法在sharepoint 2010应用程序页面中导入C＃库

Question

我想在应用程序aspx页面中引用一个类库方法，但我一直在看错误消息的黄色死屏幕

  

CS0103：当前上下文中不存在“Common”这个名称。

我按照提到的步骤here将项目添加到GAC，我还通过IIS管理器重新启动了IIS。
