脚本运行后，我收到以下错误：

应该是

proxyHandler = urllib2.ProxyHandler({'https':'https://%(host)s:%(port)d/' % proxy_info})

（注意“https”和“％”末尾的“s”）。

成功！我做了以下工作。添加了proxySettings = {'https':'http://{0}:{1}'.format(PROXY_NAME, PROXY_PORT)}，然后在客户端client.set_options(proxy = proxySettings)中设置该选项。感谢所有人的帮助。
