Rake初始化整个rails堆栈，postgres适配器似乎在启动时测试连接。由于没有该案例的凭据，因此rake失败。
为防止佣金这样做，我不得不把它放在config/application.rb：
config.assets.initialize_on_precompile = false

如果您默认情况下不提供任何其他用户名，PostgreSQL将使用操作系统用户名（当连接是本地的一台机器时）。这大概就是为什么它使用＆＃34; deploy＆＃34;。
