问题是我们有为Silverlight 4构建的Newtonsoft.Json.dll。它是4.0.5.14411版本，它不是为Silverlight 5构建的。当Visual Studio构建解决方案时，它正确地将项目映射到正确的系统.Runtime.Serialization dll。在使用MSBUILD的TFS中排队构建不会。

我升级到最新版本并修复了问题。
