当我的应用程序在后台全部关闭时，是否可以创建通知。
我的意思是： 如果我的应用程序在某个时间点转到后台，我想在iPhone主屏幕上收到警报视图的通知。
警报视图必须包含我的自定义说明文字。
有可能吗？如果可能的话，iOS版应提供此选项。
