TextBlock不会收到有关Result属性更改的通知。您有两种选择：

将该属性实现为DependencyProperty。 Visual studio有一个代码片段。输入propdp，您会看到它在intellisense中弹出。
在您的Window类上实现INotifyPropertyChanged并在您的属性中使用它。
