使用index。此处FULLTEXT index可能是有用的。

我相信最新的InnoDB引擎也支持FULLTEXT索引。（MySQL 5.6 +）

要获得所有可能的结果，请计算一个分数，以确定元组与您的条件匹配的程度以及ORDER BY score DESC LIMIT 20，以获得最佳的20个匹配。有关示例，请参阅this answer。
