如果你改变：

user.employer = auth["extra"]["raw_info"]["work"]["employer"]["name"]

if auth["extra"]["raw_info"]["work"]
  user.employer = auth["extra"]["raw_info"]["work"][0]["employer"]["name"]
  user.position = auth["extra"]["raw_info"]["work"][0]["position"]["name"]
end
