sublime text 2包控件无法找到任何安装包

我在Windows 7 64bit上使用sublime text2。并且我成功安装了包控件，然后我使用了ctrl + alt + P而我输入了：install package，然后我收到了错误。

似乎我无法访问服务器，是否需要设置代理或进行一些网络设置？

是的，只需在http_proxy中设置https_proxy和Package Control Settings个变量即可。存根已经给出了。格式应如下，

http://username:password@proxyHost:proxyPort

和

https://username:password@proxyHost:proxyPort

username:password位是可选的。
