我在Windows XP上。但在emacs中我可以使用：

打开它

 C-x C-f  ~/.emacs

或

 C-x C-f  ~/.emacs.d/init.el

然后，您还可以查看~自动填充功能以找到它。

我认为GNU Emacs将它放在Documents文件夹'_emacs'中。我现在不在Win 7盒子里进行仔细检查。
