InstantiationException: mil.Army.page2意味着它无法创建类page2的实例。我认为这通常在您尝试实例化抽象类或接口时抛出。根据{{​​3}},它可以被抛出,因为该类没有默认(零参数)构造函数。我不知道为什么它只适用于API 8,因为这似乎是一个Java问题,但它似乎是一个可能的原因。
