elemnet persistence-context-ref 属于Java EE 5.您的web.xml应该使用http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/web-app_2_5.xsd架构而不是http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee/web-app_2_4.xsd

仅更改此项不会解决问题，您的项目是针对1.4规范创建的，该标记是针对Java EE 5规范的。

使用正确的规范版本重新创建项目，或者不使用该标记。
