Rake 0.9.2的错误是固定的。尝试将Rake 0.9.2添加到您的Gemfile中并运行

bundle update rake。

除了试验或检查你的宝石的兼容性之外，我不会使用Rails 3.1 RCs。 Rails 3.0.9非常稳定并得到广泛支持。
