默认情况下,Microsoft Windows中的控制台仅显示256 字符(Code page 437的cp437,原始的IBM-PC 1981扩展ASCII字符 集。)
对俄罗斯而言,这意味着CP866,其他国家也使用自己的代码页。这意味着要正确读取Windows控制台中的Python输出,您应该将Windows配置与本机代码页配置为显示打印的符号。
我建议您始终打印Unicode文本而不进行任何编码,以确保与各种平台的最大兼容性。
如果您尝试打印不可打印的字符,您将收到UnicodeEncodeError或查看扭曲的文本。
