根据https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/command-line-tools-reference/kube-scheduler/--port将被--config指定的文件覆盖。将HealthzBindAddressMetricsBindAddress 添加到/etc/kubernetes/scheduler-custom.conf可以做到:

healthzBindAddress: 0.0.0.0:10261
metricsBindAddress: 0.0.0.0:10261

如果要删除默认调度程序,可以将kube-scheduler.yaml/etc/kubernetes/manifests/中移出。
