这是Indentation的问题。绘制敌人的循环必须在遍历敌人的循环中完成,而不是在循环之后进行:

for i in range(num_of_enemies):
    # [...]

    #-->| INDENTATION
    enemy(enemyX[i], enemyY[i], i)
