由于sass-loader而导致模块未生成错误

Question

运行命令 npm run dev 时出现以下错误。但是相同的代码在我的同事系统中也可以正常工作。我没有弄错地方。

当我在App.js中添加一个global.scss文件时，只有我收到以下错误，否则组件级scss文件可以正常工作。
