无法导入Bean验证注释

Question

当我想使用NonNull或NotBlank注释时，无法导入：

import javax.validation.constraints.NotNull

通常，我显然不需要额外的依赖关系，因为它已经包含在启动程序数据jpa中，但是它不起作用。
