您正在运行python 3.8版，而msgpack仅支持3.7版。这可能会导致通过pip安装msgpack出现问题，或者3.8中有一些突破性的实现，而3.7及以下版本中没有。我知道在使用3.8的团队和使用早期版本的团队之间共享项目时遇到了麻烦。
