1. runtime.txt
2. Procfile
3. requirements.txt

在runtime.txt中提及您的python版本

在Procfile中

web: gunicorn django_project.wsgi

对于requirements.txt，您可以使用

pip freeze > requirements.txt

您的Procfile中有一个错误，您写了 web: gunicorn django_projcet.wsgi

更改为 web: gunicorn django_project.wsgi

您的项目名称与Procfile中的名称不匹配
