看来问题出在bibtex。我在玩耍，决定将文件扩展名从.bib重命名为.tex，并且可以正常工作。但是，当我使用Rstudio时，它可以使用文件扩展名.bib完美编译。为什么会这样？
更新：文档在Rstudio上编译，但引用无效。出现的只是?，而不是引用。
更新2 ：似乎在我的本地计算机上，它无法识别bibtex。我下载了TeXworks，但是bibtex选项为灰色，即我无法使用它。这是否意味着我不能使用bibtex？如何安装？
