从Ubuntu删除完整的mongodb
sudo apt-get purge mongo* // or sudo apt remove mongo*
sudo apt-get purge mongodb-org*
备份数据库并使用文件夹删除日志和数据
sudo rm -r /var/log/mongodb
sudo rm -r /var/lib/mongodb
现在再次使用
安装$ wget -qO - https://www.mongodb.org/static/pgp/server-4.2.asc \
sudo apt-key add -
添加源
$ echo "deb [ arch=amd64 ] https://repo.mongodb.org/apt/ubuntu xenial/mongodb-org/4.2 multiverse" \
sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mongodb-org-4.2.list
然后再次安装mongodb软件包
sudo apt-get install -y mongodb-org=4.2.0 \
mongodb-org-server=4.2.0 \
mongodb-org-shell=4.2.0 \
mongodb-org-mongos=4.2.0 \
mongodb-org-tools=4.2.0
使用mongodb启动服务
$ systemctl enable mongod.service
$ sudo service mongod start

我也遇到了这个问题，我通过更改mongo config中的bindIp来解决了
在Linux上，包含默认的/etc/mongod.conf配置文件 使用程序包管理器安装MongoDB时。
sudo nano /etc/mongod.conf
然后将bindIP编辑为
bindIp: [127.0.0.1, X.X.X.X]
然后重新启动mongodb。
sudo service mongod stop
sudo service mongod start
