替换war File文件夹中的dropins时，在控制台中出现以下错误：
[ERROR] CWWKZ0131W: Could not expand application XYZ because of the exception Failed to delete file spring-boot-2.1.4.RELEASE.jar
此prevents properties (inside the WAR file) to be written inside the expanded/XYZ，因此是该应用的boot failure。
This happens only when I replace the WAR file。但是，如果我重新启动服务器，则服务器的启动-战争内容将在扩展的XYZ范围内扩展！
Any clues ? Whats causing this issue ?
